Students will learn basic gymnastics skills on gymnastics equipment to develop comprehensive muscle abilities and learn competition routines. The competitive gymnastics development program of Royal Gymnastics is conducted in accordance with the requirements of Singapore level, and the competition/elite gymnastics courses are provided for gymnasts designated by coaches who have outstanding talent and effort in this sport. They can not only participate in high-level clubs and international competitions in Singapore, but also participate in at least 4 hours per week
